ARTICLE IV - Intellectual Property

Key point:

• In an effort to define and outline intellectual property rights at NC State College, a committee is being formed that will consist of equal numbers of administrators and faculty. This committee’s charge, according to Article IV, is to arrive at possible recommendations that may be considered during the 2011 negotiations. Any recommendations will become part of the negotiating process and its outcome determined by the parties at the table at that time.
