ARTICLE XXIII - Dues Check Off

Key points are:

• Upon written authorization from any bargaining unit member, the College will deduct from that member’s biweekly paycheck dues that are required by the NCSFA-AAUP.

• The College will terminate the payroll deduction of dues upon receiving a written revocation of authorization by the bargaining unit member.

• Member dues are remitted to the NCSFA-AAUP within seven days after the pay date, along with a list of members paying dues by payroll deduction.

• It is the obligation of the NCSFA-AAUP to provide information to the College, if necessary, to confirm that all requirements of this article are being met.
