NCSFA-AAUP Business and
Operations
Key points are:

The NCSFA-AAUP is recognized as the official bargaining
representative of the faculty.

The College will provide reasonable access to college services and
facilities to conduct official business.

College services that are available to the union include access to
College rooms and equipment for meetings, use of e-mail, access to
members’ mailboxes and use of inter-office mail to communicate
NCSFA-AAUP information.

The College will provide the Union with designated bulletin boards
in NCSC buildings.
-
The College will allow up to 5 minutes at each division meeting to
make NCSFAS-AAUP announcements.
-
The College will provide contact information to the NCSFA-AAUP
President, at the time of hire of all new collective bargaining unit
members.
